Juniper, spicy pink peppercorns and soft citrus on the nose. The palate is savoury at first with pepper and celery seed, developing into notes of pine, fresh lemon zest and coriander and cardamom spice, with a long smooth finish with hints of elderflower.
An outstanding artisan gin created by Jon Chadwick in 2013 and distilled in County Durham by master distiller Jessica Tomlinson in their 400 litre copper pot still named Lily. The team uses an eclectic selection of botanicals, including pink peppercorn, celery and elderflower, some of which they grow themselves to reduce the distillery’s carbon footprint. With its balance of floral notes, spices and fresh citrus fruit flavours, Durham Gin is ideal for a refreshing G&T.
