Pembrokeshire Gin Co. was born in 2018 when business partners Charlotte and John collided by fate from completely different working backgrounds, they did have two things in common though; their mutual love of Tenby & Gin.
With two organic, hand foraged gins under their belt, and immense pride in their small batch gin selection, they continue to forage and explore the beautiful region for the next addition to their growing selection.
Using their own recipes, they work very closely with the distiller, with the first release being an incredible, earthy gin with botanicals including liquorice, fennel and cayenne pepper, producing a smooth, spicy and earthy gin. After the huge success of the first gin, and after a sell out private launch party, they decided to work with a new and exciting distiller creating hand foraged Welsh rosemary gin, a soft and light gin with four citrus peels.
They ensure that the origin of all of speciality gins have their roots firmly planted in Wales, using locally sourced botanicals wherever possible, ensuring a true taste of not only Wales, but the jewel in Wales’ crown – Tenby!te
The bittersweet citrus profile gives notes of sweet orange, bitter orange, tangy grapefruit and zesty lemon while the rosemary delivers balancing herbaceous notes, all layered on a core of juniper, coriander seeds and gentle spice from cardamom.
Serve with aromatic premium tonic.
