An inventive and delicious rhubarb gin created by craft distillers Tom Warner and Sion Edwards on their farm distillery. The pair distill this brilliant gin using a crop of rhubarb originally grown in the gardens of Buckingham Palace during the reign of Queen Victoria and now organically cultivated on Crown Estate land in Lincolnshire. The rhubarb gives the gin an appealing shade of pink and a delicious fruitiness.

Warner Edwards Rhubarb Gin

Warner Edwards Rhubarb Gin has a rich and vibrant nose. Aromas of baked rhubarb, apple pie, fresh lemon zest and earthy spices to start. The palate opens with rhubarb and citrus fruits. Developing into juniper pine, cinnamon and cardamom spice and hints of pecans and lavender with a rich long finish. Perfect with Fever Tree ginger ale and orange peel.
