Walking in the picturesque Burleigh Wood one day, master distiller Jamie Baxter stumbled across a crop of silver birch, dandelion, burdock and elderberry. Inspired by the wealth of nature all around him, he decided to create a gin that would capture those flavours. Crafted in a purpose built micro-distillery in neighbouring Charnwood Forest, this is a superb London dry style gin with a refreshing citrus fragrance.
Burleighs London Dry Gin has an aromatic nose of pine, eucalyptus and fresh citrus. Dry juniper and eucalyptus on the palate followed by lemon zest, floral notes, earthy spices and a hint of Parma Violet. Perfect with premium tonic.
