Here at Craft Gins, we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Our producers work very hard to distill the best artisan gins available and we want to ensure that you enjoy the fruits of their labour.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. Returned items must be unopened and in the same condition that you received them. You are responsible for the condition of any returned goods, cost of return and tracking of the returned goods until they reach us, so please pack your items carefully to prevent damage in transit and to ensure the bottles travel safely and securely. Under no circumstances will we accept any bottle which has been opened or tampered with in any way – any such bottles will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will, at your cost, be returned to you.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage. The claim will be assessed, and if approved we will arrange for the goods to be collected and we will replace or refund as necessary.
All refunds are made to the original account from which the purchase was made without exception. Please allow 7-10 working days for refunds to be transferred to your account.
