Organic pink grapefruits are peeled by hand, and the peel goes in to the botanical basket alongside the supporting botanicals for distillation. A touch of muscovado sugar is added afterwards, bringing that familiar Old Tom sweetness to the fore. A wonderful artisan gin presented in a beautiful ceramic bottle.
