Brooklyn Gin is a rather vibrant gin from New York, made by three chaps using ‘hand-cracked’ juniper and fresh citrus peels (rather than frozen or dried peels). With big, well-rounded notes of citrus at its core, this works excellently in fruit-forward, lip-smacking cocktails.

Brooklyn Gin

Nose: Bold juniper as it opens, joined by lime, star anise and some fragrant orris. Palate: A trio of citrus notes sit at its core (lime, orange and lemon), complimented by lavender and juniper. Finish: Touches of hot coriander seed and dry juniper. Serve with Med premium tonic. Garnish with orange or lemon peel.
