A superb and award winning artisan gin handcrafted by Tom Warner and Sion Edwards on their farm distillery. Tom and Sion distill their gins in a 1,100 kilogram 500 litre copper pot still, named Curiosity, in a converted barn in Tom’s family farm in the village of Harrington in Northamptonshire. The first batch was launched in December 2012 to instant critical acclaim. No gin collection is complete without a bottle of Warner Edwards Harrington Dry Gin.
Warner Edwards Dry Gin has an aromatic and complex nose with lavender, elderberries, pine and citrus notes. Full bodied but with a soft and velvet like texture. The palate opens with juniper and orange zest, followed by coriander and cardamom spice and a hint of sherbet lemon. Perfect with premium tonic.
