A superb seasonal gin distilled with elderflowers grown on the family farms of founders Tom Warner and Sion Edwards. Inspired by Tom’s mother Adèle and first distilled in 2013, this extraordinary gin is distilled each season with English and Welsh elderflowers handpicked in the late spring. The petals are separated and added to batches of their award winning Harrington Dry Gin creating a fragrant gin which makes a refreshing and floral G&T.
Warner Edwards Elderflower Gin has an enticing & rich nose with elderflower, juniper, cinnamon & cardamom spice. The palate opens with juniper pine followed by roasted cardamom and sweet fragrant elderflower and hints of rose, balanced by bright citrus notes. Perfect with premium elderflower tonic.
