Distilled with an eclectic selection of botanicals including liquorice root from Uzbekistan and Devon violets from Tarquin’s own back garden using their two flame fired copper pot stills, Tamara and Senara, and bottled and waxed by hand, the Sea Dog is a bold full bodied gin, perfect for a spicy G&T packed full of flavour.
Tarquin’s The Sea Dog Gin, an intense aromatic nose with notes of juniper pine, cardamom spice and almonds. The palate opens with fragrant pine and eucalyptus, developing into dry spice notes of black pepper and roasted cardamom. Hints of floral notes and citrus fruit finish it off. Perfect with premium tonic.
