An experimental gin from the team at Sacred Spirits and one of our favourites from their innovative single botanical range of gins. Ian Hart has used his state of the art vacuum distillation technology to create a pure coriander gin, which is blended with a little Sacred Gin for good measure. A brilliant aromatic gin, which was awarded second prize for the best G&T by the Craft Distillers Association (and was only pipped to the post by Sacred Gin itself!).
Sacred Coriander Gin has a spicy and aromatic nose of coriander and pine. The palate is dry with bold flavours of coriander spice and lemon zest, with hints of orange. Juniper and a light touch of aniseed finish it off. Have the perfect G&T with premium tonic
