This limited edition Lime and Rhubarb Gin is their second summer specific gin focusing more on the botanical combinations of rhubarb and lime. A juniper forward with striking notes of rhubarb and lime are contrasted with peppercorn and angelica root to create a fascinating combination of flavours for long summer cocktails.
Black Bridge Rhubarb & Lime Gin is traditionally juniper led following with strong notes of rhubarb and lime. Ten carefully selected botanicals including juniper, peppercorn & angelica root. They intertwine with tart rhubarb and zesty citrus to create an explosion for the palate . Enjoy in a G&T with Fever tree Mediterranean tonic and grapefruit peel to allow the rhubarb to shine through.
