We are delighted to invite you to join us for an evening of Irish Whisky (without an “e”)

In an age where sustainability and provenance are very important to consumers as well as quality rather than quantity, Waterford lead the way when it comes to whisky.

Mark Reynier, ex CEO of Bruichladdich, founded the distillery on an old Guiness brewery site in the town of Waterford in 2016 with a vision to create single farm whiskies that were organic, bio-dynamic and hand picked barley from only 97 farms.

Coupled with the interesting wine casks to finish the wines, Waterford are one of the finest Irish whiskies on the market.

Some of you may remember the lockdown tasting we did where we tried some of the single farm range, this time we will be trying some of their cuvee, which is the new direction the distillery is going in.

We will be joined by Ned Grehan, the master distiller himself, who will take you through the specifics of each whisky, the vision and you can ask him anything you want!
