In 2015, Eden Mill founder Paul Miller asked distiller Scott Ferguson to create a gin more beautiful than a bouquet of roses and more romantic than a Barry White love song as a grand romantic gesture for his wife. Paul rose to the challenge with a delectable blush pink gin, distilled with marshmallow root, red rose petals, goji berries and whole hibiscus flowers. Eden Mill Love Gin has Soft notes of juniper with spiced red berries and hints of rose water on the nose. Luscious strawberry and raspberry on the palate, with juniper pine, rich vanilla and delicate pink grapefruit notes. Perfect with premium tonic.
