A delicious oak cask aged gin from progressive craft gin distillers Eden Mill in St. Andrews. After distillation, the gin is rested in oak casks for a few weeks to allow it to take on the flavours and textures of the cask but without overwhelming the spirit. A deliciously rich and spicy gin which is ideal for classic cocktails – especially a Negroni.
Eden Mill Oak Gin has a pale bronze colour from the oak casks. Rich notes of juniper and vanilla oak on the nose. The palate opens with wood spice and pine, leading to refreshing citrus fruits, caramel and cloves. Perfect with premium tonic.
