Like the original GB Gin, No3. is made by our friends Alex and Drew Griffiths in Penn Street, only 5 miles from the brewery. Originally launched as a Summer Gin in 2019, No.3 is a super smooth light gin that captures subtle flavours of the Caribbean. Fresh cut lemon, lime and pineapple combine with juniper to produce a beautifully balanced gin. Perfectly offset by the warm spice notes of cassia, ginger and nutmeg from St Lucia. Rounded off with hints coconut to give a superb finish. We serve it with raspberries, plenty of ice and your choice of tonic.
