An extraordinary artisan gin distilled with botanicals foraged from the moorlands around the Hepple Estate in Northumberland. Hepple Gin’s 14 botanicals, including Douglas Fir, three different types of juniper, blackcurrants and Amalfi lemons, are distilled using copper pot and glass vacuum stills and an innovative ‘super-critical’ CO2 extraction process. A pioneering and incredibly flavourful gin which is an essential part of any gin collection.
Hepple gin has a rich bouquet of green apple, grapefruit zest and juniper spice with hints of Douglas Fir and blackcurrant. The palate opens with big flavours of fresh citrus fruits, ripe melon and juniper leading to a long finish of sandalwood, sweet blackcurrant and liquorice. Perfect with premium tonic.
