Delicious. It has to be the finest and most innovative gin you will find anywhere.
The detail and skill gone into the making of ‘KiNoBi’ shows through in every mouthful (I checked out the website to read up on the process) and love the Yuzu coming through.
I tried it both neat, with tonic and with a sparkling Sake and it was fabulous.
The gin market is getting crowded with too many average products so this unique blend is refreshing in all senses !. This young distiller is a real talent.
