This limited edition gin was distilled in tiny quantities especially for the Tokyo International Bar Show in 2017 using the same 11 botanicals as the distillery’s flagship gin but recalibrated for the higher proof. The result is a more full bodied and assertive gin which still displays the Kyoto Distillery’s distinctively Japanese finesse.
