John, Mill House Distillery’s founder and head distiller, lovingly named their first copper still Barbara, after his aunt and installed her in pride of place at Mill House Distillery. Their home in Cottingham, East Yorkshire has been the site of a Mill since the 11th century and was mentioned in the Domesday Book. Today it is a hive of activity as they produce their craft dry gin, Kingtree. This is a small batch Gin capturing all that botanical spirit of Kingtree Dry Gin with added fresh apple, cinnamon and star anise. The end result is a smooth, well balanced gin with depth, subtle sweetness and warming spicy notes.

Kingtree Apple Infused Spiced Gin

With a subtle nod to the highly skilled tea blenders of the Mediterranean where apple tea is a cultural element all of its own.

Notes of aromatic pine present a reliable core to this wonderfully different Apple Infused Spiced Gin.

Incredibly smooth on the palate, the spices sit further forward in this exploration of taste and aroma. Anise, All Spice and Cinnamon envelop just a hint of vanilla to bring an incredible drinking experience.

A subtle sweet finish remains for just the perfect amount of time as the crisp apple surfaces to bring about  the aromas of a fresh Mediterranean orchard.

Serve with aromatic Med premium tonic. Garnish with apple
