Not content with just distilling the award winning Sacred Gin, Ian has embarked on a gin deconstruction experiment to highlight the flavours of individual botanicals. He distills organic Guatemalan cardamom pods and blends the distillate with a little Sacred Gin to add some additional depth to the flavours. A beautifully fragrant and aromatic gin.
