A subtle nose of juniper, fresh citrus fruit and cardamom. The palate opens with juniper pine and leads into flavours of bitter lemon and hints of nutmeg, cardamom and cinnamon spice, developing into floral notes and a long dry finish.

Sacred Gin is hand-distilled by Ian Hart in his kitchen in Highgate, North London. Ian pioneered and designed his own method of vacuum distillation using 5 bespoke glass stills, which allows him to distill at low temperature and pressure keeping the botanicals lush and fresh. The result is a tremendous and unique gin which has been decorated with awards, including a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and crowned the best G&T by the Craft Distillers Association.
