A floral and aromatic single botanical orris gin distilled by gin alchemist Ian Hart. The little known botanical orris, is the bulb of the iris flower, known for its use in the perfume industry. Ian sources the finest orris root from the Tuscan countryside in Italy and distils a pure orris gin, which is blended with a touch of Sacred Gin for good measure. The result is a floral masterpiece which makes a delightfully fragrant G&T.
Sacred orris gin has a floral nose with violets and citrus. Parma violet leads on the palate with notes of earthy spices, lavender, pine and lemon zest in the background. Perfect with premium tonic and dried rose petals
