A delicious floral gin from the Silent Pool Distillery in the Surrey Hills. Master Distiller Cory Mason has developed a unique four stage distillation process to capture the fresh flavours of each of the 24 botanicals. Bottled at 43% ABV using water drawn from the famous Silent Pool itself, this is a refreshingly individual gin packed full of flavour and character.
Silent pool gin has a sweet floral nose with fresh citrus fruit and hints of ripe pears. The palate opens with dry pepper spices, followed by juniper pine and honeyed fruit, lavender and elderflower, with fresh lemon and orange zest. Best enjoyed with premium tonic
