Distilled using state of the art technology and an innovative filtration system designed by master distiller and co-founder Toby Angstmann, Underground Spirits Gin is a wonderfully soft and smooth spirit and its locally grown botanicals proudly celebrate its Australian heritage.
Underground gin, an intriguing nose with fragrant aromas of coriander and angelica spice followed by pepperberry. On the palate the spirit is smooth and creamy with classic notes of juniper pine. Leading to refreshing citrus fruits and earthy spices with a dry finish. Original Fever tree completes this G&T with lemon peel garnish.
