An iconic gin distilled with cider apples grown on the Chase family farm in Herefordshire. The team at Chase distillery take a ‘field to bottle’ approach, distilling their own base spirit with apples from their orchard and then redistilling in their 250 litre carter head still named Ginny with a selection of botanicals stuffed in a pillow case including elderflower and Bramley apples. A deliciously elegant artisan gin.
