After the success of Tyrrell’s Crisps made from potatoes growing on his farm in Herefordshire, William Chase turned his hand to distilling. He distilled his first gin from apples and it was 3 years later that he perfected his recipe for a gin distilled from his potatoes. The botanicals include nutmeg, ginger, cardamom and cloves, giving this gin a distinctive autumnal feel, with hints of rich dark chocolate and spice flavours which makes a deliciously spicy G&T.
