Tarquin’s Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin Tasting note

For Tarquin’s Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin, this Cornish dry gin is made with Devon violets from the distiller’s own garden. It is these that combine beautifully with the tart rhubarb to produce a palate that bursts with lemon sherbet, crisp pine & eastern spice flavours. This leads to a long, smooth finish with notes of raspberry jam, zesty lemon and a little frangipane. Tarquins Rhubarb and raspberry gin is best served with light tonic, pink lemonade or ginger ale. Garnish with raspberry and mint. A fantastic offering from Tarquins gin.
