For Tarquin’s Strawberry & Lime Gin, this Cornish dry gin is made with Devon violets from the distiller’s own garden. It is these that combine beautifully with the fresh strawberries to produce a palate that bursts with berry sweetness, crisp pine & eastern spice flavours. This leads to a long, smooth finish with notes of vanilla, zesty lime and a little frangipane.
