A brilliant craft tonic created by Nick Crispini and Lawrence Mason in South London. Using a Victorian recipe, Nick and Lawrence have taken a traditional approach, soaking South American Cinchona bark in heated water to slowly extract the quinine and giving their tonic its characteristic golden amber hue. A delicious balanced tonic with gives plenty of room for the gin to shine.
BTW tonic water has a golden amber colour with bright citrus and earthy spice notes. The plate opens with refreshing citrus zest. Followed by a pleasant bitterness from the quinine and notes of Chinese black tea and hints of cinnamon. Perfect for use with our Dried botanicals.
