Burleighs Distiller’s Cut Gin is the original gin that master distiller Jamie Baxter created following his inspirational walk in Burleigh Wood. Using the same 11 botanicals as his London dry gin but with an emphasis on the flowers, herbs and spices and bottled at 47%, Jamie thinks the soft and floral flavours of this gin are similar to the nineteenth century Old Tom style of gin, making it ideal for classic cocktails like a Martinez or a Negroni.
Burleighs Distiller’s Cut Gin contains vibrant aromas of citrus, eucalyptus and juniper on the nose. The palate opens with sweet earthy juniper pine and violet notes followed by candied citrus fruits, aromatic spices and white pepper. Perfect with premium tonic.
