He re-distils his potato base spirit with a selection of botanicals including elderflower and liquorice and then infuses Seville orange peel in the spirit for 12 hours. Perfect for a refreshingly fruity G&T and absolutely superb in a negroni cocktail.
Williams Seville Orange Gin has an enticing light nectar colour, with intense floral and citrus notes on the nose. The palate opens with fragrant elderflower, followed by juniper pine and sweet Seville orange zest with a hint of coriander and liquorice spice. Perfect with premium tonic.
