As Eden Mill originally started out as a craft brewery, the team decided to use hops as the key botanical for their first gin. They use Australian galaxy hops, popular with craft brewers for their fresh fruity aromas, which give the gin a rich and very distinctive flavour – refreshing and reminiscent of a fine pale ale! We love this gin in an unconventional G&T or paired with a classic style ginger ale.
Eden Mill Hop Gin has a pale amber colour from the hops. Spicy coriander, floral notes, hops and citrus fruits on the nose. The palate opens with fresh lemon and hops, followed by juniper pine and liquorice spice. Perfect with premium tonic.
