Created at the Griffiths Brothers distillery in Buckinghamshire in an unit that is part of a former factory that made Mosquito planes in WW2 – which is cool. It’s a summer edition of the wonderful Griffiths Brothers Gin! The seasonal edition sees the addition of coconut, pineapple and ginger for a suitably tropical and fruity spirit. One to enjoy with a Mediterranean tonic and a handful of raspberries to garnish. And preferably some sun.
