Distilled in Gracie, their 500 litre hybrid still in The Roker Hotel on the North East coast of England, with herbs and spices hand picked from their botanical garden, Poetic License Northern Dry Gin is a modern take on the classic dry style, with a fine balance of juniper pine, dry spices and citrus fruits, packed full of flavour and character.
Poetic License Northern Dry Gin has fragrant aromas of juniper pine with cardamom spice and black pepper on the nose. The palate leads with dry juniper and earthy pepper spices, followed by eucalyptus and refreshing citrus fruits. Perfect with premium tonic.
