Theodore Pictish Gin is inspired by the Picts, a tribe who are thought to be some of the very first settlers of Scotland. It contains 16 botanicals including pine, damask rose, pomelo and bourbon vetiver, and is distilled using an old charentais still. The unique tipple aims to branch the gap between ancient legends and present day, demonstrated by their bespoke packaging adorned with original Pictish illustrations.
Damask rose and oolong tea make a floral bouquet. Both fresh and dried spicy ginger give warmth, alongside notes of citric pomelo and crisp pine needles. Following with smoky bourbon vetiver and hints of vanilla. Serve over ice with premium tonic with some mango slices
