This Truffle gin starts with a Nose of Thyme, a hint of dried citrus peels, menthol and petrichor. The palate includes oily juniper, black pepper and continued earthy notes. Almost savoury at points! The finish has Herbaceous notes of basil leaf and lemongrass.
