Japanese Gin

Will and Lucy Lowe distill Japanese Gin in absolutely tiny quantities in their distillation laboratory, also known as their front room! Japanese Gin combines traditional botanical juniper with five characteristically Japanese botanicals: shiso leaf, cucumber, sesame seeds, sansho spice and yuzu zest. Each is individually vacuum distilled by hand before blending together. A crisp, delicate and elegant gin which is a must try for any gin connoisseur.
